Eligibility for Returns 

Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.

Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

Clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return your item(s).

Please ensure the item(s) are securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.

Return Costs

The cost of returning the item(s) is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked and insured service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method.

Refunds will exclude the original shipping costs paid at the time of purchase.

Damaged or Faulty Items
